Rugby Jamboree IV
Saturday 21 March - 10am - 3pm - Marist Sports Clubrooms, 19 Pascal St, Palmerston North.
Free entry and open to the public. Come along and see collections and works from some of the great collectors in New Zealand.
Exhibitors note – the Marist Sports clubrooms will be available for set up from 9am. Open to the public from 10am. The clubrooms are spacious with a plentiful supply of tables and chairs. Your space will be marked out.
3pm – pack up. 4pm depart.
There will be the usual clubrooms facilities available during the day – sandwiches, pies, savouries, chips, cold drinks, tea and coffee. We are fielding calls from exhibitors asking what they should bring – well that’s really up to you. We don’t want to influence the displays. If you want to bring just one thing, we don’t mind. A lanyard counts!
Saturday night meal and drinks – we have booked a room at The Hilltop from 6pm. It seats 22. Note that there is a large scope for overflow as the venue welcomes casual dining. (It’s the same venue as 2024).
